My Fair Fair Fair Wedding

June 2, 2010

I wish we could just wear these outfits on our wedding day.
Oh well. I guess I can handle my dress that I just picked up today and super beautiful Madden Girl heels.

It’s true friendship when your friend mentions your wedding on her blog. thanks, Mallory Jane.

Jason has it easy.

Things I’ve learned in the past couple weeks:

Waxing hurts. Bad.

Tan feet look better. Too bad mine just don’t tan. (So if you see me with bronze [orange stained] feet, you’ll know I tried).

How to make 250 wedding programs on my own.

How to put on fake eyelashes!!! (I’m a virgin fake eyelasher)

That this weekend is a blessing, and not a curse.

That after hours of cleaning my sister’s room, she has at least one of everything in the world.

And all I’m going to say is I learned a lot from “Sheet Music” by Dr. Leman.
Good stuff.

I wish…

So badly I had pictures.
Pictures of what I have been doing for the past 5 days.
Let me just say, I hate my programs and never want to see them again.
But don’t be fooled. You better like these programs, and if you don’t and you voice this to me, I might cut off your hands.

I might.

I never want to open a brad again.

ON ANOTHER NOTE, we bought a house!!!! Jason and I bought our first home, that we’ll hopefully live in for a while!
I have already made a list of projects for us to do after our honeymoon. Thank you, younghouselove for giving me every inspiration I ever wanted. I will be forever addicted to you.
(Also thanks to jennee for encouraging this addiction)

My brother has never seen the Goonies. I’m ending this post to watch it with him.

ps, 6 days.

it’s almost over

The best parts about being engaged are…

… practicing your last name a billion times until it doesn’t sound/look so completely weird

… i never get tired of looking at my ring (even though it needs to be cleaned oh so terribly bad right now)

… telling my future husband how glad i am that he is my future husband

… having great workouts some days and then convincing myself i don’t need to work out or eat that healthy most of the rest of the days..

… thinking that if I run up the stairs, it’ll magically increase my metabolism

… reading silly books like “sheet music” and “7 things he’ll never tell you” about marriage and the life of (Thanks dr. Leman) and trying to tell Jason all about it when he’s not interested at all

… buying things… just for the wedding/honeymoon

… talking wedding with anyone and everyone (random people i don’t know… it happens)

Thank you Jason for letting me go through this phase of my life without complaining 🙂
